Beata Drzazga, founder of BetaMed SA, has been honored with Wektor 2024 – an award given by Employers of Poland, the largest organization of employers in Poland.
This award goes to outstanding personalities from the world of business, politics and media, who set new directions of development, realize ambitious visions, inspire others to act, show that determination, passion and a visionary approach can drive positive change.
Beata Drzazga was included in this prestigious group for her invaluable role in the development of the medical sector in Poland, her commitment to promoting innovative management solutions, showing innovative humane and cordial treatment of employees or a beautiful approach to the patient and people in general.
During the gala, in addition to Beata Drzazga, Vector 2024 was also awarded to former President Lech Walesa and Jerzy Buzek, former prime minister and former president of the European Parliament. – This statue will be a symbol of dreams and passion for me. That is, you can do everything yourself from scratch, create something new. It is also a symbol of humanity. To be human means to help, not only the sick, the poor, but also healthy people, young entrepreneurs, whom we can lift the wings and help to develop,” said Beata Drzazga, receiving the statuette at the Vector Gala at the Double Tree by Hilton in Warsaw.
BetaMed SA, of which Beata Drzazga is the founder, is the largest home, long-term medical care company in Poland. Laureate is an example of entrepreneurship, which combines professionalism with a deep concern for others.
