The ladies unanimously stated that management has no gender, but what counts is who you are and what qualities you have that allow you to function effectively in business and develop it.

Beata Drzazga has not only experience in management, but also in creating companies from scratch “Over the years of experience as an entrepreneur and manager, I realized that working and running a company involves very dynamic changes, so the sooner we adapt to them, the better for us and our projects. It is the awareness that I have a new challenge that inspires me the most to act. I am not afraid of new situations or changes, I like to create everything from scratch, because it gives me a lot of joy. I believe that we have to keep up with what is happening in the market, the changes taking place in the world and what people expect. These changes are often the biggest challenges. I believe that it is very important how we react to the events encountered along the way, how easy it is for us to adapt to changes, to new realities. When young entrepreneurs ask me how to develop a company, how to survive a crisis, or how to succeed, I always say the same thing: work, work and once again hard work, but also focus on constant adaptation to changes. Sometimes, of course, there are such situations that it is not easy, but if there is no other way out, then there is no reason to feel sorry for it. You just have to adapt and, together with people, prepare for a new situation and a new role in the environment. It is worth developing the ease to mobilize yourself to the fact that you often have to rearrange something to make it better. A long time ago, I decided to deal with these situations and have a very positive attitude that I can handle it.”

Managed by Katarzyna Budnicka, the company is considered one of the most technologically advanced mints in the world About the impact of new technologies on the development of the company, the president of the Mint of Poland replied: “Technology allows you to optimize many processes and dynamically develop business activities. At the Mint of Poland, we focus on the most modern solutions in every area of activity.

Our production facility is considered one of the most advanced in the world in the field of coinage activity. Modern presses are able to mint up to 15 coins per second. The added value for the client is also the fact that we create small works of art, with attention to the smallest details. We were the first in the world to create a 3D coin. It would not be possible without the use of the most modern production technologies. Our coins go not only to the domestic market, but also to many foreign contractors, mainly from South America, Asia and Europe.

In Poland, we are the sole producer of general circulation coins, but the so-called Circulations from our plant also go to many foreign contractors, such as Colombia, Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Paraguay, Bolivia, Costa Rica and Thailand. The implementation of all orders according to the schedule, but without the participation of planners and direct supervisors, is possible thanks to the intelligent and autonomous control system implemented by us for a modern factory.

In the area of electronic payments, we have the status of a national leader in the implementation, operation and development of electronic ticketing systems. For several years, we have been dynamically developing our proprietary Open Payment System project, which has no competitor in Poland. In the development segment, technology allows us to implement investments that are ahead of their time. This applies to both the residential and office segments.”
