Therefore, it is important that our partners are ready to adapt and innovate so that we can meet new challenges.” Beata Drzazga also stressed that “an important element of successful cooperation is also transparency and honesty. I expect my business partners to be open about financial issues, deadlines and strategies. Shared trust and honest communication are key to building lasting business relationships.
