Thus was born BETAMED – a company that at its peak had as many as 91 branches in 11 provinces and employed more than 3,500 people. This was no ordinary medical facility. I was interested in people – their values, empathy, willingness to cooperate.” For her, a company is not just walls – it’s people, emotions and a shared mission. Building a company of this scale comes with enormous challenges. The most important of these was to maintain the same quality of service and atmosphere in each subsidiary. Drzazga created a “check before check” system that allowed for constant monitoring of standards. Regular meetings with coordinators and employees were also key. “I wanted each Beatmed subsidiary to feel like a second room of the same company,” she said. – she explained. At a time when many large organizations are losing touch with their teams, BETAMED still relied on immediacy and relationships. This yielded results – patients felt taken care of, and employees identified with the company’s mission.

Although Beata Drzazga never had ambitions to become a public figure, over time she realized that what she says and does becomes part of branding – not only of the company, but also of herself. “Not everyone needs to know BETAMED, but they can get to know me and then find out what’s behind it,” she explains. Her media presence, conference speakers and social activism have made her name synonymous with authenticity and commitment. She was not afraid to talk about difficulties and failures. “Not everything succeeds.
